OceanSide

MY INVOLVEMENT I created the pieces shown left (and many more) to prepare for the opening of the OceanSide project’s sales center’s grand opening. The Master Brochure was incredible, and took the Best Brochure Gold PRISM Award for it’s beauty, and many sales awards for helping OceanSide open to a huge success. The brochure was designed to be interactive, and draw the customer in with a variety of touch sensations. The cover sported a satin overall aqueous, with a high gloss spot UV over the girl, water and sea shell. The property name is in gold foil. Lots of times, Lennar wanted flyers to hand out and show off their current specials. They had to be eye-catching and fun, yet get across a lot of information. WCI wanted flyers too… mostly to attract brokers. Different target, so a different perspective.

Heron Bay

HERON BAY: ABOUT THE COMMUNITY Parkland is the preferred address in the region, and Heron Bay is the country club community of choice with 18 holes of championship golf, two stunning clubhouse recreational complexes, and a meticulously landscaped and maintained tropical environment of stately palm trees and flowering gardens. Heron Bay is developed by WCI Communities, Inc. MY INVOLVEMENT I upscaled the brand “look and feel” of Heron Bay, starting with the background (a piece of travertine marble from the model home center) and continuing with extravagant photo shoots, brochures with 5th color gold, satin overall varnish on a quality sheet, blind embossing the icon & logo, and creative use of die cuts to invite interaction with the final user. This was a huge success, and sales and prices soared. I won multiple awards for work done for this community.

OceanSide Sales Center

The OceanSide Resort Sales Center was a team effort… between myself, the Marketing Department at WCI and International Design and Display Group. The large “view” you see in the background is actually a photo shot from a helicopter, printed out on plexiglass and lit from behind, to make it appear as if real. There is a miniature of the building and surrounding amenities as the focal point. Floorplans line the back wall. When creating this, I took into consideration the path desired by the sales team for most effective demonstrations. Beginning with Aerials of surrounding community. Then lifestyle. How wonderful to live here… with beautiful photos and words… plus the amenities… all matching the “look and feel” of the brand. Then, third, the “bricks”. The actual floor plans. Lastly, the security and safety of the developer. At the time this office was built, no building existed. It was my job to make it “feel” as if it existed in the minds and hearts of the customer.
