MY INVOLVEMENT
I upscaled the brand “look and feel” of Heron Bay, starting with the background (a piece of travertine marble from the model home center) and continuing with extravagant photo shoots, brochures with 5th color gold, satin overall varnish on a quality sheet, blind embossing the icon & logo, and creative use of die cuts to invite interaction with the final user.
This was a huge success, and sales and prices soared. I won multiple awards for work done for this community.
