SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER, Retail Division
• Created point-of-purchase for fast casual restaurants, such as: pole banners, digital menu boards, wings, ESVs, in-store posters, banners, table tents, street signs, drive-thru signs, and translites. Print ads were mostly FSIs with coupons. Packaging, coffee mugs, t-shirts and other retail products, e-mail blasts, lock-ups, and digital assets.
• Adhered to strict, incredibly short deadlines, and accomplished a tremendous amount of production (approximately 880 jobs per year), with absolute brand adherence and quality consistency.

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR, Lennar Division
• Part of the 4- or 5-person “Elite-Team” designing for the entire Lennar USA account, as well as special communities such as Active Adult or Urban.
• Conceptualized with the Creative Director and/or designed new creative campaigns, brochures, direct mail campaigns, billboards, entire marketing campaigns according to what was needed for a specific community or event.

ARISTA GRAPHICS INC., Parkland, FL  I  7/06 – 12/14 (Full time July 2006-Oct 2007. Part-time afterwards) CREATIVE DIRECTOR / PRINCIPAL
• Developed, designed and produced ad campaigns and collateral pieces for both commercial and residential real estate developers, including master brochures with inserts, direct mail and digital e-mail campaigns. Designed sales promotions, packaging, signage, corporate identity packages and displays for model centers.
• Creative direction and production of quarterly high-end magazine “Destination Tampa Bay.” Designed and assured adherence to brand’s look and feel. Hired and oversaw freelancers, art directors, photographers and various vendors.
• Implemented marketing plans for a variety of industries, including assisted living, oil, mobile parks, golf clubs, and charity organizations. • Conferred with architects, vendors, photographers and display companies to create the interior environments for the model centers.
• Brainstormed with VP of Marketing to conceptualize campaigns, strategies and directions for new promotions – targeting brokers, second home buyers, first home buyers, B2B, referrals, golfers, boaters and relocations.
• Specified materials and details. Obtained quotes from various venders for collateral, specialty and display products.
• Incorporated advanced Adobe and page layout skills.
• Designed and implemented server filing system.
• Maintained backups and archives of all completed jobs and server.
